Shipping & Returns

In stock items will ship within 2-4 business days.   

Items requiring assembly due to color and size specifications and will ship within 14 business days. 

All shipments are sent tracked and insured through Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be given out ASAP.

Shipping on custom orders will determined at the time of the order. 

Shipping rates through the cart are flat rate and any overage will be refunded once postage is determined.

Larger items are subject additional shipping charges and the rate will be determined and invoiced once confirmed.

All returns are exchange only. We do not offer refunds. 

I guarantee everything I make against normal wear and tear and will replace or repair at no cost if the lead or hardware fails.

I will repair for a minimal fee if the lead has been chewed.
